Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting/related field and/or 1-2 years of relevant working experience in insurance/reinsurance journal accounting

Experience in billings and collections preferred

Strong written and oral communication skills

The duties and responsibilities of the Finance Coordinator is as follows:

Performs other related ad-hoc duties as required by Finance Director.

2+ years related accounts payable experience.

Experience in retail or wholesale operation.

Relationship Skills - Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written; ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships.

Computer Skills - Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word – Current Accounting System is Visual Next.

Drive insight into capital asset management and reporting and supporting the initiative to creative predictive reporting

At least three years of progressive experience on financial report analysis and account reconciliation

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with and analyze large datasets

Knowledge of GAAP & IFRS

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, be self-motivated and demonstrate trustworthiness

Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, and proficient at building relationships with multiple levels of stakeholders

Manage the requirements for the Unify project representing the O & M team including design, development, implementation, organizational change and sustainment.

Oversee procedures for O&M documentation and record management to ensure compliance with corporate policy.

Lead or support the change management effort to ensure adoption of new tools and environments within the O&M team.

Finance related designation (CMA, CA, CPA, CGA, or MBA).

10+ years of accounting and/or related experience.

Good working knowledge of Oracle, SAP, Power BI, and Hyperion preferred.
