Manage product deliveries/receipt, software/systems management, defectives, and overall organization to best impact client experience, drive sales and continuously improve operational efficiency

Minimum 1–2 years of Retail Operations and/or Inventory Management experience, preferably within a luxury environment

Ensuring proper supply replenishment and on hand level management

Managing completion of daily fulfillment needs and proper communication with team members/clients, fueling the success of our overall client experience

Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills; comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively

Excellent communication, follow up and interpersonal skills

3PL management or similar experience with warehousing operations.

Project Management highly preferred- setting the project scope and timelines as well as resource planning and activities scheduling.

Adobe suite/general graphic design experience will be required to complete product mockups of new designs.

ERP experience appreciated, but not required.

Kustomer experience would be a plus - but any similar Ticketing platform is acceptable (Zendesk, Gorgias)

Can manage projects and very comfortable running reports in Gsheets and/or Excel

Knowledge in finance/investments and tech space, an interest in healthcare would be a plus

Participate in educational seminars and workshops on due diligence, venture capital, and industry specific topics

2-5+ years experience in venture capital, private equity, startup/tech company, corporate development, investment banking, consulting or some combination of the above

Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically, analytically and creatively

Intermediate Excel spreadsheet experience (formulas, dashboards, charts, pivots and analysis) and PowerPoint (data summary, executive presentations)

Experience a role with a degree of ambiguity, requiring proactive analysis and action

Prior experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, e-commerce, or customer experience is a plus.

Contribute to maintaining a smooth wholesale operations process, including order fulfillment, inventory allocation, and customer relationship management.

Demonstrate proficiency in spreadsheet management, maintaining organized records, and generating reports as needed.

Strong computer skills, including experience with spreadsheets, email systems, and general office software.

Utilize your strong writing skills to create clear and concise communications, including email correspondence, reports, and other written materials.

A university degree or relevant experience in a similar role.

Excellent communication and customer service skills to provide exceptional support.

·Undergraduate degree in Business or Finance (or comparable industry experience), with up to two years of experience;

·Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling), experience and/or full certification of Argus is preferred;

·Ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks and act proactively, anticipating the need of management;

·Strong communication skills, both oral and written, manifesting themselves in verbal and written reports and presentations;
