Oem Account Manager Jobs in British Columbia

· 3+ years’ experience as an Account Manager within the finance sector is recommended but not required

· Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills.

· Previous experience in qualifying and closing leasing products a benefit

· Heavy equipment, transportation, energy services or construction equipment experience is a benefit

· BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Finance preferred

Utilize Salesforce.com to manage customer information during all planning phases

2-3 years (or more) previous sales and/or customer service experience preferred

Chemical sales experience is a strong asset

Effective and engaging communication skills

Self-motivated and able to work within company policy where experience and independent judgment is demonstrated

Account Manager – Pitt Meadows, BC or Kelowna, BC

Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and all aspects of supplier relationship management

Strong time management / planning and executional skills

Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, distribution and technical service department

Develop and present product knowledge seminars to existing and prospective customers

Knowledge of the tire industry in Canada

Experience in the automotive, transportation or retail industry

A suitable combination of education and experience may be considered

Sells into accounts, services new accounts, and manages an existing client base.

Post-secondary education in business administration or related field, an asset

Previous Transportation or operational experience is preferred; various roles within transportation would be beneficial.

A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in outside sales, sales support/customer service or business-to-business sales.

Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to resolve problems in a timely fashion.

Coordinate and communicates with the solutions and territory sales management and the distributor organizations.

Provide application knowledge and industry expertise and manages sales activities according to Rockwell Automation’s Insight Selling methodology.

Maintain accurate assessment of target and opportunity funnel within the Dynamics Customer Relationship Management system.

Engage the Rockwell Automation account team and senior management, as required, to plan for and win opportunities.

Organize and manage a technical engagement team for identified opportunities and integrates competitive data and strategy into proposals.

Set and helps manage internal/external partner expectations.
