Air And Ocean Export Specialist Jobs

-Knowledge MS Office suite and experience with CMS (Customer Management System)

-Minimum three (3) years of experience in similar position with an International Freight Forwarding organization

-Experience of Air & Ocean – Import/Export logistics

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of USA/Canada shipment handling is an asset

Intimate knowledge of logistics including Air & Ocean Import/Export an asset

At least 1 years of freight forwarding or related work experience is required

Knowledge in Cargowise software is a plus

Salary will be based on the previous work experience.

Coordinate and manage air import/export shipments: entry into the CargoWise system, documentation collection, payment submissions to airlines, forwarders, etc.

Understand and manage the customs process (eManifest,CERS, AMS/ISF).

· 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

· Strong knowledge of Air freight operation, documentation, and Customs Regulations.

· Experience with CargoWise Systems is a plus.

·Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff.

·Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

·Understand and manage the customs process (eManifest, ACI, AMS/ISF).

·Manage ocean and truck forwarding moves.

·3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

·Strong knowledge of Ocean freight operation, documentation, and Customs Regulations.

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in ocean freight coordination

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Coordinating and scheduling shipments with shipping lines and freight forwarders

Preparing shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists

Communicating with vendors and customers to ensure accurate and up-to-date shipment details

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) along with excellent interpersonal abilities and willingness to work in a team atmosphere;

Field measurements/data collection, including working on the roofs of buildings so working at heights is a requirement;

Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks; and

High degree of problem solving and decision making skills;

Rudimentary knowledge of AutoCAD and/or QGIS; and

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.

Perform and complete duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Ensure exports are processed based on country requirements

Responsible for data entry into operating system

Experience in CargoWise is considered an asset

Outstanding communication and written skill

Coordinate export shipments with overseas agents, vendors and shippers

Maintain the Commission Management Tools including AMC (for Sabre bookings) and Trava Commission Module (for Amadeus bookings)

Strong organizational skills in order to manage our internal software tools like Confluence, Jira and Amplitude

Excellent GDS knowledge and skills, including Sabre, Amadeus and NDC content.

Coordinate with Hopper Finance to identify barriers that inhibit proper collection of revenue from supplier partners

Maintain a deep understanding of new Hopper products & processes, technical systems, capabilities, planned improvements etc.

Exceptional ability to grasp, manage, and articulate complex systems

Manage the completion of customs documentation to ensure timely & accurate Export of shipments

Analytical brain with excellent problem solving and organisational skills
