Minimum Academic qualification: Bachelor in Nutrition or equivalent.

Demonstrable experience in a veterinary practice.

Craft and deliver messaging that creates awareness regarding nutrition, diet, and weight loss.

Create engaging content, such as blogs, videos, presentations, and workshops, to help users understand how to take care of their diet.

Partner with product and marketing teams to define strategies and create narratives around Kounsel.

Excellent data management skills and attention to detail

Manage program data collection, reporting requirements, and records maintenance.

Experience in school nutrition related programs (an asset)

Experience working with schools and school boards (an asset)

Food Safety Level 1 Certification (an asset)

Valid provincial driver's license as well as access to a reliable vehicle, and First Aid certification is an asset (training provided).

One year previous experience in clinical nutrition or food services area preferred

Demonstrated working knowledge of sterile technique including working within a laminar flow hood preferred

Well-organized and efficient work routine

Demonstrated compliance with hospital infection prevention and control practices

Must have high level of organizational and time management skills.

Ability to implement change management strategies using consultation, facilitation, negotiation, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Collaborate with Key stakeholders at Mealsuite to set best practices for data management within Synergy Tech Suite.

Acting as a preceptor for Dietetic and/or Nutrition Management Students as required.

Act as a key support role in the relationship between menu service customers and their experience with Synergy Tech Suite.

Highly skilled in developing and delivering oral presentations to both internal and external audiences.

Post-secondary education in food services management is preferred;

Attend scheduled management meetings and communicate issues and make recommendations related to food services.

Ensure continuous improvement by ensuring continuous training and education of cooks.

Several years of experience in food services and quantity cooking;

Knowledge of Public Health standards and other government regulations for the storage, handling and preparation/cooking of food;

Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Standards;

1-2 years experience delivering workshops

Strong working knowledge with powerpoint

Familiarize oneself with the presentation and content material provided before presentation date

Speak with the lead dietitian at 12 Weeks to Wellness in regards to any questions about the presentation

Prepare for all related questions that may arise from participants during and after the presentation

Be well organized for the presentation date with applicable materials

Time management skills, able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting.

Provide input to the Health and Safety Committee regarding safety equipment requirements and equipment operation.

Good verbal communication skills. Ability to stand or walk for 8-hor shifts and lift at least 20 pounds

Lived, volunteer or work experience of in a similar environment with programs and services for children and youth.

Standard First Aid & CPR certification an asset.

Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots and pans, mixers, etc.

Minimum 5+ years marketing experience, successful and progressive experience from CPG, pharma, OTC/consumer health, or healthcare industry

Experience in dealing with regulated categories

Demonstrated competencies and success in marketing fundamentals (4 P's, Marketing/Brand Plans). Ability to manage high priority, complex and strategic initiatives

Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or business administration, or equivalent experience.

3+ years’ general accounting knowledge/experience maintaining general ledger.

Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

4+ years’ experience in accounts payable in a multi-entity corporation

Previous experience with ERP software; tech savvy to learn new software.

Experience in NetSuite and Concur is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of planning or supply chain experience

Experience in managing strategy agendas across multi-workstream initiatives

Understanding of the leadership requirements of complex initiatives

Experience in working with external industry leaders and academia

Experience in end-to-end Supply Chain ways or working

Bachelor’s Degree in Foods & Nutrition/Human Nutritional Sciences, and/or Certificate in Food Services Supervision &/or Health Care Management Certificate

A combination of educational and professional experience may be considered

Valid certification from a recognized Food Handler’s Course

Two years’ supervisory experience in a healthcare food service setting, preferably with experience in a Long Term Care or Hospital setting

Experience working with Diet and Menu Analysis Software and Purchasing / Procurement Software, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience in a unionized setting
