Completion of a Nursing Assistant program and familiarity with basic computer skills and functions.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Full-Time (32 hrs), Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 3:30pm - 12:00am

Completion of a Nursing Assistant program and familiarity with basic computer skills and functions.

Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing. Must have excellent telephone communication skills.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Full-Time (36 hrs), Friday/Saturday/Sunday 7:30am - 8:00pm

Knowledge of MS Office (Excel is a must)

Experience in invoicing and A/R

Ensure file organization based on office protocol

Prepare invoices for both contract and time and material jobs accurately and efficiently

Obtain PO’s through email and portals

Follow up with customers regarding past due balances

Understanding of project management, customer, contractor, subcontractor relationships.

Manage and arrange training specific to Ontario (Electrical Utility Safety Rules, Traffic Book 7, Utility Work Protection Code, First Aid/CPR, etc.).

Manage and arrange scheduling for testing equipment and PPE as per local regulations.

Inventory: Maintaining local inventory reports. Assisting in inventory counts, reordering equipment.

Submitting Notice of Project for Ministry of Labour for each Work Order.

Working with subcontractors to obtain completed Form 1000 notices (subcontractor’s registration to work for Novinium/constructor)

Perform data entry when needed

Assists in coordinating events by arranging catering and equipment rental, and ensuring venue is booked and properly set up

Arranges deliveries with couriers and distribution companies

Coordinates itineraries, travel and visiting faculty recruitment arrangements

Maintains supplies and equipment inventory

Ensures all office and computer equipments are maintained and operate properly

Provincial Certification with Department of Health and Wellness

Current Basic Life Support Certification

Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing

Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Permanent, Full-Time Position; 75 Hours Bi-weekly

Proven time management, organizational and problem-solving skills required.

Manages patient database(s) and is responsible for data entry.

Manages time and sets priorities for performance of job functions.

Manages inventory of supplies and places orders as required; completes monthly workplace inspection for the EIBI Treatment Program.

Advanced working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheets and database programs, specifically Microsoft Access required.

Keyboarding skills of 60 wpm required, maximum four (4) allowable errors.
