Provide support and manage relationships with Members of the PBSC

Manage and coordinate response to Member requests for assistance with the Member Portal

Communicate user account administration requirements and development/maintenance of group distribution lists for execution by designated staff

Manage receipt and filing of pharmacy related product articles/bulletins and action appropriately

Bachelor of Engineering, Construction Management Degree, or equivalent education in the construction field

Provides Senior Management leadership to assigned projects in accordance with established Company policy and procedures

Oversees 'Plan of the Day' meetings to ensure Project Management group and construction are aligned on execution and project deliverables

Proven success in the management of complex large-scale projects

Knowledge and experience with collective agreements for multi-trade sites

Proven management of priorities, risks, and stressful situations

Candidates Must Have Completed The Following Requirements

Knowledge and experience with angio catheter insertions, IV skills and insertion

Demonstration of excellent time management and initiative

You are a team player with excellent communication, critical thinking and prioritization skills

1 year of recent post-graduate Nuclear Medicine clinical experience, including SpectCT is preferred

Experience and exposure to teaching and student mentoring

Evidence of Leadership abilities and any related courses an asset

Packing pharmaceutical products as per seasonal protocols;

Working with each vendor’s shipping software to create waybills for specific locations;

Verifying shipments are sent to the correct location and as per the expected delivery schedule;

Assist with dispensing activities, such as filling and labelling medication;

Assist with inventory activities, such as receiving orders and counting inventory weekly;

Resolve payment or drug coverage issues with payers, including insurance companies, patient support programs, and patients;

Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy requirements

Adjudicate third party billing, online and manage manual Third-Party Accounts

Manage incoming faxes according to Pharmacy Standards of Practice

Data entry for new prescriptions, and managing refill request processing

Effective organizational skills, ability to multitask

Greet customer promptly and gather prescription information according to Standards

5 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician

3 years of experience in oncology pharmacy

Working knowledge of NAPRA standards for Sterile Hazardous compounding

Strong knowledge of computer applications i.e. EPIC and MS Office

Strong organizational, problem solving, prioritization and decision-making skills

Strong interpersonal & communication skills

Candidates with experience as a registered technician in any pharmacy setting are encouraged to apply; new grads are welcome!

There is potential for candidates with supervisor/leadership experienced to be considered for more elevated roles

Strong written verbal and computer skills are required

Deadline-oriented and strong prioritization skills a must
