Overview A Meetings and Events Coordinator is responsible for planning and organizing meetings and events for a company or organization. They are responsible for coordinating all aspects of the event, from the initial planning stages to the day of the event. They must be able to work with vendors, coordinate logistics, and ensure that all details are taken care of. Detailed Job Description The Meetings and Events Coordinator is responsible for planning and organizing meetings and events for a company or organization. This includes researching and selecting venues, negotiating contracts, coordinating logistics, and managing budgets. The Coordinator must also be able to work with vendors, coordinate catering, and ensure that all details are taken care of. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in event planning, hospitality, or related field
• At least two years of experience in event planning and management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
