Job Title: Data Entry Specialist - Master Data Governance & SAP

· Other tasks as assigned by your manager

· Some SAP experience (with vendors/materials)

Duration: 7 Months (with possibility of extension and/or conversion but no guarantee)

· Input vendor and material requests into MDG system

· Assess request needs and action within guidelines

Contribute to ensure regular knowledge sharing with site project team and support the site team upskilling

> Additional knowledge/experience of any another industrial workstreams would be highly appreciated (Master data, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement)

Ability to work across cultures and at all levels from shop floor to senior management

Location (all sites, NA remote)

2% for local/country specificities (ex: legal, fiscal, or regulatory requirements)

Author the user’s requirements and related acceptance criterions for the design of the solution

7 years demonstrated experience with change management.

Should have Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

10 Years experience minimum combined years of relevant education and work experience in similar roles.

• Experience in Data Analytics or as a Data Scientist.

• Gathering and documenting client requirements

Must have experience in Data Analytics or Data Scientist roles. Experience must be applicable to this role.

Experience with SAP LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) and SAP DMS (Document Management System)

Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered

Advanced knowledge of SAP-PM (Plant Maintenance), Microsoft Excel

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.

Travel will be required on as needed basis for data gathering, field walkdown, etc.

Stays ranging from a few days to a week or so will be expected during such visits.

College diploma or university degree in business administration, computer science, or management information systems

3+ years of relevant experience

Strong experience supporting supply chain modules/solutions

Beneficial experience with Oracle Fusion SCM and JD Edwards

Maintain, review, and monitor supply chain master data for accuracy

Receive and process inventory item master creation and change requests from regions

Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant work experience with industrial equipment as either a trades person, technician, planner or designer

Advanced knowledge of SAP-PM, Microsoft Excel

Validating with assets on P&IDs

Identifying incorrect information and replacing with correct information

Gathering and inputting missing data in SAP

Occasional trips to site on an as needed basis, for data gathering, field walkdown, etc

Post-Secondary education in Business or related field, or equivalent related experience

Experience/knowledge with SAP and SQL/Python/R/SAS/Panda/Jupyter is an asset

Store level retail experience is an asset

Must have intermediate to advance Microsoft Office skills

Strong written and oral communication skills are required

Good communication skills to communicate with customers, team members, external data providers and management.

Update and clean master data records to rid system of old, unused, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access.

Operational management of electronic master data exchange with customers

Complete inventory adjustment documentation to manage scrap process for obsolete inventory.

Update and manage finished good bill of materials for all customers.

Understand customer requirements and opportunities within master data.

Experience writing detailed business requirements used by developers.

Manage expectations and build relationships across all levels of the organization

Experience working with Enterprise data systems such as Kalido, Power BI

Knowledge of data modeling, architecture principles, and techniques.

Provide subject matter expertise on systems managing reference data including master data systems, data warehouses.

Provide subject-matter expertise and recommend best practices on reference data to support the rollout of new strategic platforms.

Ability to stay organized and manage time across multiple initiatives and responsibilities

Manage QA documentation for stocked products

2+ years experience in the supporting and/or selling function of technically complex products

Experience working in an ERP an asset

Experience in an industrial business an asset

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly modules or functionalities related to parts management, D365 & Microsoft Navision experience is considered an asset.

Proficiency in using data management tools, software, or ERP systems for data entry, validation, and maintenance.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, diploma in supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.

Ensure compliance with recordkeeping requirements and organizational policies.

Documentation and Recordkeeping: Experience in maintaining organized, up-to-date documentation related to parts data.

Relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree or a parts technician trade indentureship.

At least 5 years of relevant work experience in master data management.

Bachelor's degree in information science, data management, computer science, business administration, or a related field.

Strong data administration and design skills.

Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and guidelines in database warehousing and relevant systems.

Implement and drive master data governance, including data strategy, policies, controls, and programs related to planning parameters.

Ensure the integrity of functional master data and develop processes to support data quality.

Bachelor's Degree and/or certification and relevant experience in Project Management.

Experience in Master Data Management

Experience with aligning to culture change and change management initiatives.

Key resource to lead the global centralization of key master data management

Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 5 years of related experience & certification and training.

Intermediate Computer Skills: Ability to perform more complex computer tasks and knowledge of various computer programs.

Create, implement and maintain basic master data management solutions that enable users to optimize the system capabilities.

Experience with Power Bi, Data Analytics and reporting skills
