Master Data Analyst Jobs

We're currently looking to hire a Master Data Analyst who will be responsible for maintaining Visual ERP master data, including Item Master, Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routings, through partnership with various departments (Marketing, Finance, Operations, Engineering) to ensure data is updated and accurate.

What You Will Get to Do:

• Perform and/or coordinate data validation, quality assurance, user interface verification activities related to data extraction
• Prepare and/or update operating procedures and other documentation needed to support cleansing and maintaining data
• Create and maintain Item master, Packaging materials, Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routings
• Ensures item setup are entered correctly in in Visual ERP, as well as maintaining the processes to support the ongoing data quality

Recipe for Success:

• Previous experience with implementation of data management systems and processes
• Experience working on Visual or other ERP system
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information according to the set standards (SOC2)
• Completion of bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
• Communicate effectively and timely with Team and Stakeholders
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting an enterprise ERP or MDM solution
• Communicate effectively and timely with Team and Stakeholders
• Strong proficiency with Excel; additional tool expertise such as SQL, PowerBI is a bonus
• Detail oriented, incredibly organized and process driven
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in Master Data Management or Data Governance
• Previous 3 years’ experience in supporting an enterprise ERP or MDM solution

• Knowledge of design process, web, and social media, an asset
• Excellent organizational skills in order to meet tight deadlines, with strong project management skills
• Execution of successful projects completed within the timeframe
• Building relationships with Sales and Product Development departments for seamless execution
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve
• A self starter with the ability to identify projects, solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills with clear communications (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
