Global knowledge of supplier data (address, tax, banking information) is essential

Program and/or Project Management certification and experience

Experience with project management or procurement processes

Collaborate closely with the Capital Management team and key stakeholders to create & maintain data architecture and data management standards

Create roadmaps and implementation plans for data management and automation tools to meet business needs

You have development experience building and integrating with SQL data stores using languages such as PHP, Java or Node.js

Experience collaborating and negotiating through cross-functional teams or complex organizational dynamics to create alignment on goals, performance metrics and financial understanding

Experience teaching in a multi-modal post-secondary education environment. (minimum of 5 years teaching experience preferred).

Oversees a fair and equitable allocation of faculty work such as teaching assignments, schedules, curriculum duties, and service responsibilities.

Experience teaching in an environment with diverse students.

Professional experience in industry or business an asset.

Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Maintains a teaching load of 3 courses annually.

Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly modules or functionalities related to parts management, D365 & Microsoft Navision experience is considered an asset.

Proficiency in using data management tools, software, or ERP systems for data entry, validation, and maintenance.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, diploma in supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.

Ensure compliance with recordkeeping requirements and organizational policies.

Documentation and Recordkeeping: Experience in maintaining organized, up-to-date documentation related to parts data.

Relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree or a parts technician trade indentureship.

At least 5 years of relevant work experience in master data management.

Bachelor's degree in information science, data management, computer science, business administration, or a related field.

Strong data administration and design skills.

Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and guidelines in database warehousing and relevant systems.

Implement and drive master data governance, including data strategy, policies, controls, and programs related to planning parameters.

Ensure the integrity of functional master data and develop processes to support data quality.

Experience with Power Bi, SQL, Data Analytics and reporting skills

This is a remote position within United States and Canada Only.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of two years of related work experience.

Work experience across multiple lines of business within master data function

Previous experience in enterprise resources planning system

• 5+ years of experience in data management

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
