Data Management Analyst Jobs

The Data Management Analyst will support data management practices across HHS to improve data quality as an enabler to business operations, systems integration, planning and implementation and informed decision-making. This role includes supporting data quality initiatives that facilitate access to timely data in Clinical, Administrative and Financial areas within the Hospital.

Data Management/Health Informatics Diploma Required, Degree Preferred

• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Macros, Access, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to develop requirements and build reports
• Ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently under tight deadlines and multiple deliverables.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to present to various stakeholders.
• Ability to assess and analyze large volumes of data while isolating trends and identifying discrepancies and errors to ensure data quality
• Knowledge of Health Information Systems (HIS) and workflows, SQL, Tableau Prep
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Data Management, Health Informatics, Medical Terminology
• Knowledge of data validation and testing, data quality assurance
• Ability to be resourceful and demonstrate problem solving skills

Unit Summary

The Enterprise Data Governance (EDG) portfolio is responsible for establishing data as a strategic asset for HHS, further enhancing data governance, building out the data and analytic capabilities, and developing an enterprise-wide data management strategy.

Schedule Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours a day
