What are we looking for?

• Investigation, design and delivery of sustainable process improvements related to data quality and activity management execution
• Execute root cause analysis & develop resolution for data and activity management related issues.
• Design, modify and provide training for new hires on Material Data team and to external departments on material data processes and procedures.
• Be a value creation driver for the material data team.
• Act as key contact for problem resolution and analysis for projects related to material data, through the daily monitoring of the shared inbox or via direct contact from key internal customers, including Data Sync, Global COE, or Functional Experts
• Facilitate the data set-up for New Product & Customer Introductions and Maintain the Reference and Master Data in SAP. Provide expertise to functional areas as it relates to system set-up, workflow, SAP data support, data quality and data synchronization.
• Support testing and implementation of new systems and enhancements
• Establish keen understanding of relationship/interface among business and master data systems.
• Design and provide ad hoc system reporting and analysis to identify material data inaccuracies or updates needed as a result of changing business requirements.
• Design and maintain Material Data Management procedures, forms and documentation (process diagrams, user guides, troubleshooting guides)
• Support segment specific e-Commerce activities, and work to implement process improvements and compliance related to master data to drive customer centricity.
• Support internal control audit processes and procedures.
• Analyse, resolve and communicate any and all material data quality issues that may arise from both passive governance as well as ad hoc reporting.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Develops/implements business process enhancements, and designs/executes SAP/Winshuttle queries as needed for data analysis, quality and governance.
• Drive material data quality produced within all Mars segments.
• Evaluates data change requests to ensure compliance with business data processes and data quality standards; resolves compliance issues with requestors and users of data.
• Prioritizes data troubleshooting or reporting requests to help the business meet deadlines.
• Collaborates with relevant cross-functional stakeholders/teams.
