Ensure information is accurately and efficiently entered into the admission sales management system on a regular basis

Support all sales and marketing activities, including information sessions, telemarketing, Education Fairs, and open house.

University Degree or College diploma and/or a combination of relevant experience

2 or more years of sales/recruiting or customer service experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in a call center or commissioned environment is an asset

Are a natural leader and team player with great communication and project management skills who approaches colleagues with respect and empathy

Proven experience in writing and editing effective email drip campaigns that engage global audiences and generate leads

Experience leading a team, specifically within a marketing department, with an emphasis on fostering a motivated team environment

Impeccable organizational skills while also able to adjust, pivot and creatively problem-solve independently

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and easily manage multiple projects at the same time without getting overwhelmed

Strong copywriting, proofreading and self-editing skills as well as impeccable grammar

Image/creative content management, including edits of global assets, localized graphics/creative as well as local catalogue needs for Titleist and FootJoy.

Assist in the planning, development, and execution of various Acushnet events (sales meetings, trade events, consumer events, etc.).

Support residents and families to have a positive admission experience

Degree/Diploma preferred, SSW Social Services Worker with LTC experience an asset

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Professional demeanor and excellent presentation skills

Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety practices, principles and legislation

Experience: 1 year of related work experience ensuring that the incumbent is familiar with job domain

Welcome, inform and direct visitors.

Sell or collect tickets at facilities entrance; ensure that order is maintained in the room at time of presentations.

Prepare inventory documents relating to sales made and record data.

Contact and meet various suppliers; order supplies after discussing them with supervisor.

Participate in the preparation of various events, act as host and give general information about them.

Two (2) years community College diploma in a related field, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience

Two (2) years clerical experience in a hospital setting

Knowledge of admission and registration process

Previous experience using Meditech, or other electronic medical records preferred

Intermediate computer skills (Office 365 and Adobe)

Intermediate knowledge of medical terminology

Excellent communications, relationship management, and interpersonal skills;

Develops innovative ways to identify and recruit mission-aligned applicants, in collaboration with the Vice-Principal, Enrolment Management.

Collaborates with the Vice-Principal, Enrolment Management to set target enrolment projections based on applicant data;

Manages post-offer transitions for all applicants and their families with empathy and with an emphasis on relationship development.

Takes on other duties as needed, at the direction of the Vice-Principal, Enrolment Management.

Experience with, and knowledge of, boarding programs and boarding school admission;
