Job Description

Acushnet Canada Inc., home to the leading brands in golf (Titleist and FootJoy) has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator.

The position will be responsible for supporting Acushnet Canada’s marketing efforts, including merchandising programs, print and digital content management, trade and consumer events. Assist with communications across consumer and trade channels and Titleist & FootJoy community engagement.


Responsibilites include but are not limited to:

  • Manage projects with print vendors for all marketing collateral and coordinate shipments to account base, sales representatives, national accounts and brand communities.
  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of various Acushnet events (sales meetings, trade events, consumer events, etc.).
  • Image/creative content management, including edits of global assets, localized graphics/creative as well as local catalogue needs for Titleist and FootJoy.
  • Administer Acushnet Sales Hub Platform utilized by sales representatives to access various sales materials including sales programs and creative assets. Responsible for the curation of all related assets.
  • Support the development and execution of Titleist & FootJoy advertising campaigns to maximize impact and reach within the market. Work with key media partners to execute advertising plans to connect with the Canadian dedicated golfer audience and drive sales. Assist with the management of Acushnet Canada’s social platforms and communities. Responsible for direct golfer inquiring responses as appropriate and engagement in community discussion boards.
  • Oversee merchandising display orders and monitor sales rep allocations. Communicate with accounts and sales representatives to gather feedback on needs, resolve issues, manage orders and allocations.


The qualified candidate will possess post-secondary education or equivalent, however, a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications is preferred. The successful candidate will be passionate about golf and have a strong understanding of the golf industry and products. Relevant training and experience in the field of marketing is preferred.


Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is a requirement. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign and Photoshop) is an asset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) are required and Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.


The ideal candidate has experience creating engaging content for social communications and is skilled at using social media content management platforms and analytics reporting tools. Strong project management, planning, and time management skills are required. Must be a team player with the ability to think strategically and creatively within a highly collaborative environment.
