10+ years of experience with network and systems administration with a focus on Windows products

10+ years of experience with Windows core services in a large organization (multi-domain, multi-site)

Strong experience with virtualized environments (VMware)

Experience in Network security in a large organization (multi-domain, multi-site)

Experience in the execution, response, and management of IT systems major incidents

7+ years of IT experience within IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure, and/or Cyber Security

ITIL based or 3rd party Major Incident Management training or certification (more than ITIL Foundation is required)

Include tabletop exercises to ensure team understands roles and responsibilities

Develop reference table material for roles, responsibilities, communications, stakeholder lists, post major incident review/lessons learned, and other associated processes

Previous experience developing, documenting and establishing an IT major/critical incident response plan

A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent and 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Good oral and written communication skills, in French and English.

Ability to manage time and manage simultaneously and efficiently multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Experience working at CAE, an asset.

5+ years of progressive experience developing and designing PL/SQL implementations with small and large applications.

Strong development experience with the ability to write efficient, complex queries against very large data sets.

Experience in an Oracle environment using Oracle Development Tools.

Experience Oracle Forms and/or Reports an asset.

Experience with design an asset.

You have minimum (2) to (5) plus years of experience in EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) related technologies.

You have a bachelor’s degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

Become a system administrator of key finance applications such as OneStream and Cadency:

Contribute to the project as a finance team member

Work closely with the different Finance teams, including our Shared Service Center;

Participate in the development and implementation of various finance projects;

Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and develop analytics that drive business insights.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role supporting information technology projects is REQUIRED

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide data-driven advice on process improvements.

Strong business analysis, process mapping, business process redesign and implementation skills.

Knowledge of data modelling and data visualization tools.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Ability to manage changing priorities and time management skills

Prior experience seeing projects to closure

Prior experience mentoring less experienced Team mates

Extensive Server and Advanced Networking skills (Firewalls, switches and AP’s)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Certifications required relevant to supporting full client environments
