Horizon is currently seeking a talented & energetic Full-Time Permanent Intermediate or Senior Systems Analyst to join our Saskatoon, Saskatchewan business unit.

You will be part of our Full Horizon IT Service Desk team, integrating with resources across Western Canada providing support to Horizon Managed Services customers. Your primary role is to provide support to our clients remotely or onsite as required. You will be engaged in projects and solution planning at Horizon clients as you grow within our team. You must have a commitment to customer satisfaction by delivering friendly courteous service to our clients.


Required Experience: 5+years relevant experience.

  • Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS)
  • Office 365, Microsoft Teams
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Mac OSX
  • VMware
  • Windows Server
  • Windows OS
  • Backup Technologies
  • Networking (Firewalls, switches etc)
  • Exchange


Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail
  • Prior experience seeing projects to closure
  • Proven excellence in Customer Service
  • Prior experience mentoring less experienced Team mates
  • Leadership and Mentoring others working within ITIL framework
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on a team with a helpful attitude
  • Certifications required relevant to supporting full client environments
  • Extensive Server and Advanced Networking skills (Firewalls, switches and AP’s)
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and time management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of IT Security practices
  • Advanced Problem solving skills
