At least 10 years of experience in IT architecture for a large organization with experience in leading an enterprise architecture team

Experience in implementing Architecture Standards, Governance Frameworks (like TOGAF)

Necessary Financial Acumen to manage portfolios

Ability to lead in a highly collaborative environment with many different teams, roles and responsibilities.

Documenting project activities, issues, concerns and status to keep management informed and enable timely resolution of project problems.

Participating in the development and use of project management procedures and guidelines at Eaton

Proficient with project/program management tools such as MS Project and ProPM

Ability to articulate and promote project management best-practices.

A minimum of 3 years of experience managing software development projects through a stage gate process
