The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is looking for a collaborative driven and inquisitive person to function as technical Project Manager for the Cybersecurity group.
In this role you will be responsible for performing analysis to help define, plan, and manage implementation of initiatives within agreed time, cost, and quality objectives. In collaboration with third-party vendor partners, contractors and internal IT staff, you will provide technical and project management leadership on security-centric projects. In addition, you will apply your technical skills and experience to assist with IAM team in the hands-on technical work involved in the projects.

What You’ll Do
  • Define the overall project scope in a resourceful manner; provide input into the business case, efficiently and manage resource capacity and drive budget forecast and financial planning efficiently.
  • Coordinate successful execution of project deliverables proficiently following Aviva’s SDLC phases including discovery, design, planning and architecture, delivery, and transition to operational teams.
  • Be responsible for and coordinate partner communications for early engagement, awareness and preparation for delivery efficiently.
  • Use technical experience and skills to help in the analysis, design and planning of the security
  • Provide status reporting to Steering committee on the project status, issues and risks.
  • Provide hands on technical support to the IAM team as required to ensure that the projects and other deliverables are met.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships and communicate proficiently with a number of both technical and management partners; and navigate the obstacles surrounding the project and its cross-functional players proficiently.
  • Encourage and model creative approaches to problem solving, relationship management, and communication to drive efficient results and improvements.
  • Ensure successful transition of the solution to operational teams and partners through prioritization, early engagement, operational impact assessments, BAU process re-engineering, training, and acceptance.
What You’ll Bring
  • In-depth and strong understanding, knowledge and experience in Project Management Methodology (PMM)/ Project Management Institute (PMI) and PMBOK-based project management methodologies
  • Hands on experience in the design, deployment and support of IAM tools such as Privileged Access Management (PAM) such as BeyondTrust and CyberArk, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta and Ping Identity.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply project management and IT delivery principles while maintaining appropriate situational flexibility and pragmatism efficiently.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and excellent presentation techniques.
  • Willingness for continuous learning
  • Experience with Business Process Analysis; Process Improvement and Reengineering.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Finance issues, capital and operational budgeting, and cost benefit analysis, with experience in developing compelling business cases and gaining executive approval for sophisticated initiatives.
  • Experience with people and organizational change management skills, tools and techniques.
  • At least 3 years of Information Security experience.
  • A technical background delivering multiple IT projects of various complexity ranging in budget from $10K to $500K+, and requiring embracing collaboration among IT, business, and change management teams.
  • Outstanding ability to embrace and be comfortable in a fast-paced agile working environment with focus on positive collaboration, continuous improvement, delivering outstanding value, and the ability/flexibility to adapt to change.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or IT
  • Outstanding problem solving skills
  • 2-5+ years of IT project management experience.
  • Outstanding and extensive experience with project management and productivity tools (MS Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, JIRA), best practices and processes.
