5 years or more experience in a business consulting, technology advisory, change management, or program development role

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent experience demonstrated by progressive responsibilities

Develop, establish, and deliver educational programs and content to meet program and business objectives

Proven experience as a people leader, and the ability to transform vision into action

Working knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to influence and achieve results without direct authority

Collaborate and partner with business/technical/clinical team members across TELUS Health on all strategic and operational guidelines related to Cybersecurity

Preparing financial statements and the management discussion and analysis for quarterly and year-end filings for various clients

Assist with continuous disclosure requirements; Common complex accounting issues include accounting for acquisitions, stock based compensation, translations and consolidations

Degree from an accredited institution in Accounting or Finance

Significant public company audit and/or financial reporting experience - ideally with small to mid-sized product-based companies

SEC or Canadian Securities regulators disclosure experience

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Tailor Portfolio Management Capabilities (capability planning, dependency planning, etc) for Divisional Portfolio

5+ years in portfolio management role; or equivalent experience in delivering technology projects with portfolio/enterprise-wide impact

Proven experience in financial management processes to be able to manage a large portfolio

Provides input into Enterprise Planning & Portfolio Management and Global Operations teams to improve and optimize processes

Find opportunities to influence Enterprise Planning and Portfolio Management & Divisional Portfolio Roadmaps

Proven experience enabling portfolio capabilities within Divisional portfolio to enable a division

Experience in ITGCs, ITACs, cyber security, project risk, security governance, Cloud, data governance, application security, IT business continuity management, etc.

Provide ongoing feedback to clients, project team and senior management alike.

Conduct fieldwork (remote or at client site) such as walkthroughs, interviews, technical testing, document findings and observations, conduct interviews, etc.

Maintain knowledge of risk and governance frameworks, regulatory and compliance mandates, and latest industry trends

Bachelor's degree required in one of these disciplines: accounting, business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering, or other relevant degree.

Build relationships with leadership across the organization to influence change and drive adherence with configuration management best practice security standards

Knowledge of and experience working in a cloud environment with Agile and DevOps practices

Manage the delivery of security and risk products and services including the design, analysis, development, testing and troubleshooting of security solutions

Working knowledge of project management concepts and methodologies.

Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of work experience in IT/Cybersecurity related field; PMI or other relevant certifications.

In-depth knowledge of information security concepts.

In-depth knowledge of applicable methodologies, tools, standards and procedures.

Knowledge and 5+ years of hands-on experience with key components of cybersecurity consulting including;

Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of data analytics methods

Help the firm identify and experience in developing business within the Canadian market

Effective interpersonal skills to interact with highly experienced professionals within global asset management companies

Over 3 years of experience working on ESG/ climate change risk management related topics, either in a consultancy or industry role

A primary degree in finance, commerce, business, environmental science or a related discipline

Experience in leading ESG assurance projects

Exceptional attention to detail, combined with excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Manager - Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Advisory

Preparing financial statements and the management discussion and analysis for quarterly and year end filings for various clients;

Completing consolidation and translation files;

Assisting clients with financial analysis, preparing financial analysis of various balance sheet and income statement accounts;

Monthly variance analysis of corporate costs compared with quarterly forecasts and the annual business plan;

Assisting with the annual budget and quarterly forecast process for clients;

Bookkeeping on special projects for clients and for some clients regular period ending closing entries;

You possess strong time management skills.

Demonstrate managerial skills in working with high-performing teams.

You have at least 5 years of professional experience in an evaluation setting or other related field.

You display strong problem solving, leadership, and writing and communication skills.

You can prioritize workload based on priorities and you have the flexibility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

You display exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and presentation skills for internal/external purposes.

Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

Recognized university degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.

Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Experience in developing Cybersecurity frameworks and Cybersecurity management systems (CSMS).

Knowledge and experience in Functional Safety and its respective standards such as ISO 26262.

ISO/SAE 21434, ASPICE, IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27001 experience preferred.

Experience in C/C++ and Python programming.

Drive, contribute and coordinate on Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) in accordance with ISO 21434.

Develop and negotiate the Cybersecurity Interface Agreements with customers.

6+ years of applicable technical and project management experience in the solar, wind, storage, or energy industry in North America

Previous exposure to project financing and working knowledge of project finance fundamentals, transaction mechanics, and financial closing processes.

Excellent oral and written communications skills in English

Leadership skills, strong team mindset, and the ability to collaborate, motivate and lead by way of example.
