Proven experience in financial management processes to be able to manage a large portfolio

Provides input into Enterprise Planning & Portfolio Management and Global Operations teams to improve and optimize processes

Find opportunities to influence Enterprise Planning and Portfolio Management & Divisional Portfolio Roadmaps

Proven experience enabling portfolio capabilities within Divisional portfolio to enable a division

Build relationships with leadership across the organization to influence change and drive adherence with configuration management best practice security standards

Knowledge of and experience working in a cloud environment with Agile and DevOps practices

Your experience and educational background:

Manage the delivery of security and risk products and services including the design, analysis, development, testing and troubleshooting of security solutions

Manage the technologies and processes for provisioning access to critical business systems

Maintain current expert knowledge in the field by reviewing relevant materials and maintaining appropriate professional and external contacts

Participate in planning, management, and production of architectural technical documents and work packages including full interdisciplinary coordination;

Ensure that the Project Plans and Schedules are prepared and managed;

Responsible for project setup including contracts, accounting requirements, and schedules; and

Demonstrated experience working on large/medium scale projects;

Minimum of 7 years professional experience working in a similar role;

Strong written and oral communication skills;

You are skilled in providing timely and up-to-date reporting of projects, including risks, to management and project team.

Expert experience in multi-program and event delivery management

You are highly skilled at managing multidisciplinary project teams and work with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

You are an expert in performing research work by analyzing and synthesizing business requirements in support of new cybersecurity partnership initiatives.

PMP certification is considered an asset

Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of work experience in IT/Cybersecurity related field; PMI or other relevant certifications.

In-depth knowledge of applicable methodologies, tools, standards and procedures.

Experience in IT system support and administration, help desk operations, software quality assurance, change management and technology adoption.

Provide general knowledge and recommendations for security best practices aligned with industry standards.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

CISSP certification required with other industry related certifications preferred such as CCSK, CISM.

Ability to provide strategic direction, develop and mentor people to achieve results and manage external vendors.

Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to assimilate to new knowledge.

Possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge.

Knowledge and 5+ years of hands-on experience with key components of cybersecurity consulting including;

Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of data analytics methods

Help the firm identify and experience in developing business within the Canadian market

Knowledge and Experience in implementing cloud (IaaS and SaaS) for large organizations

Demonstrate experience using data governance and analytics tools for business purposes. Knowledge of key data warehousing concepts and SQL is required

Demonstrate experience in implementing enterprise platforms and solutions covering broad requirements with multiple partner groups

Identify goals and objects for system integrator and managed service vendors to ensure their service delivery aligns with department objectives

12 - 15 years of experience as a Enterprise Technical or Solutions architect or similar role.

A person with experience with presenting complex technical topics to executive leadership.

Experience in developing Cybersecurity frameworks and Cybersecurity management systems (CSMS).

Knowledge and experience in Functional Safety and its respective standards such as ISO 26262.

ISO/SAE 21434, ASPICE, IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27001 experience preferred.

Experience in C/C++ and Python programming.

Drive, contribute and coordinate on Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) in accordance with ISO 21434.

Develop and negotiate the Cybersecurity Interface Agreements with customers.

2+ years in agile technical leadership and people management experience.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering required, or equivalent work experience.

5+ years' of hands-on experience working in backend system-level software development / architecture .
