5+ Years of Pharmaceutical Brand Management Experience

Broad knowledge & experience of Canadian pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment.

Supports Country Lead in establishing launch excellence capabilities within Canada and the IDM region.

Identifies and reports adverse events and product complaints as per corporate procedure, including Your Reporting Responsibilities (YRR) training.

Therapeutic expertise and/or knowledge in cardiovascular diseases is an asset.

Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or any other related field – combination of relevant experience will be considered.

10+ years of experience in Marketing Communications (aviation experience is a plus).

Outstanding interpersonal skills which allow you to lead effectively and influence your stakeholders strategically.

Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing highly efficient marketing operations.

Experience managing brand presence at airshows, tradeshows, and large events.

Experience managing creative agencies, copywriters, and freelancers.

3-5 years of brand management experience in a consumer goods environment (Skin Care or Beauty category experience preferred)

Must be results-oriented, organised with strong project management capabilities in a collaborative environment

Strong knowledge of marketing principals, combined with strong financial and analytical skills to provide key takeaways and recommendations

Experience, skills and competencies that lend themselves to this role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate others

Proficient knowledge and use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

5+ years of experience in brand management and product development

Quantitative, business analysis & project management skills

Strategic product portfolio management and insights

Creative & strategic thinking/planning skills

Problem solving, negotiating and organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written)

Bonus if skilled with 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya and experience with incorporating 3D into your work

Excellent eye for visual design and typography, with extensive design knowledge and a versatile design sensibility

5+ years experience in this or similar role with a body of work to provide context to their journey

Experience crafting motion graphics, video editing, and interaction design, for brands and creating traditional marketing materials

Experience collaborating with an interactive/digital agency and marketing departments

Build and lead the motion graphics and video brand language for the Aurora
