Maintenance Consumables – Ensures consumables such as filters, lubricants, & coolants are available and fully comply with Quality system requirements

Post-secondary education or equivalent – mechanical or electrical field of study

Experience in either facility or equipment maintenance preferred

Strong organization skills and attention to detailed documentation

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Develop & Record a Preventive Maintenance (PM) Plan for every asset, including scheduling 3rd party contractors to perform scheduled PM work

Evidence of essential leadership, communication, education, and counseling skills; Proficiency in communication technologies (email, cell phone etc)

Development, implementation and ongoing administration of resident care by utilizing the nursing process, critical thinking, and problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ensures resident care is managed with a focus on customer satisfaction and continual improvement

Participation will be required in Care home committees, resident/family conferences, staff education, research and other structured committees relevant to this position

Proactively continues to educate self on providing quality care and improving professional skills.

Previous experience or a genuine interest in providing care and leadership in the following areas:

Manage the teams work and make sure that the tasks are completed in the required delay and in a secure way.

Relevant experience in Airport Operations

Experience as a passenger agent, essential

Demonstrate judgment and problem-solving skills

Communicate the work instructions and procedures to the passenger services. Be a resourceful person for his team.

Perform all check-in procedures, including seat assignment, airport announcements and verification of proper documentation.

Ensure Instrument, Electrical and DCS Technicians are following applicable procedure requirements.

Perform routine job site visits to evaluate the work being completed by Technicians is meeting Keyera’s safety, quality, and standard requirements

Instrumentation/Electrical Journeyman or Red Seal Certification. (Dual ticket an asset).

Minimum 10 years’ as a Journeyman with hands-on experience in oil and gas industry.

Previous experience in a live plant supporting Industrial Maintenance and/or Turnarounds.

Strong team player with proven communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Interprets and administers collective agreements. Provides input into site-wide budget requirements, monitors expenditures, and provides analysis reports to the Manager.

Participates in committees and meetings involving clients, contractors and residents/patients and other stakeholders, as designated by the Manager.

Demonstrated ability to lead, plan, manage, implement, organize and problem solve.

Working knowledge of applicable regulations, legislation and collective agreements.

Experience in project coordination and aspects of property management.

Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and other related computer programs.

Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, fire code and building code an asset.

Exceptional customer service skill and pleasant telephone manner.

Skilled at research, data collection and quotation review/comparison.

Issue routine maintenance requests to the Inside & Outside Maintenance teams.

Manage all aspects of environmental health and safety conformance for the skilled trades

Experience in a unionized labour environment, 5 -10 years would be a benefit.

5-10 years of experience supervising maintenance activities in a construction or industrial environment

5-10 years of experience troubleshooting automated equipment related to automotive component testing

Ontario Building Code, Electrical Safety Code, OH&SA regulations knowledge

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software, ability to learn and operate other computer based and web-based programs

One or more years of experience consulting organization(s) to achieve outcomes that impact service delivery and related digital products.

Experience managing a portfolio of clients in a customer service environment.
