Maintenance Operations Coordinator Jobs in Quebec

Responsible for the utilization of the inspection workflow management system, Suitespot.

Responsible for the oversight of vendor relations and company compliance as it relates to vendor management.

Maintain an overall focus on enhancing the customer experience and improving service ratings.

Liaise with manager of the shared services which includes building automation system, electrical, plumbing, garage, shared access infrastructure.

Ensure a thorough knowledge and understanding of emergency procedures including fire, flood and mould remediation for all staff.

Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all maintenance systems (pumps, emergency generators, HVAC, boilers, chillers, swimming pools, sprinklers, etc.).

D.E.P. in diesel mechanics; Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment; Any relevant combination of education and experience will be considered.

Minimum of five (5) years in fleet maintenance and management

Understands tools, equipment, and cost management systems;

Experience in the transportation field;

Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office suite, excel, word and outlook

Knowledge and application of the pre-trip inspection

3 to 5 years of experience working in the field of maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering

Be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec or equivalent whithin Canada. (Preferred)

Good command of spoken and written French.

Bachelor's or Diploma in Management, Administration, Business or any relevant field;

Oversee all maintenance procedures to ensure brand consistency, service performance and uninterrupted client experience;

Five (5) to ten (10) years of related experience, ideally in construction, maintenance, or facilities field;

Experience negotiating and managing large contracts;

Experience in strategizing new projects and cost savings initiatives;

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel;
