Maintenance Mechanic “B” Jobs in Ontario

The client is looking for CC&B / C2M product experience.

Need profiles with Testing experience in the product.

Experience of 5+ years can present mid to senior folks

Oracle CC&B to Cloud services(C2M)

These resources will need to know both systems ideally

Effectively using interpersonal and communications skills.

Effectively using organizational and planning skills.

Manage the budget within assigned department.

Minimum G3 Gas fitter certification is required

Other trades certifications an asset

Filter Changing and maintenance thereof

Inspect incoming material for quantity, product verification as per instruction operation sheets & compliance to purchase order requirements

Transfer accrued knowledge through “on the job training”

4-5 years related work experience

Post secondary education (i.e. Material Engineering Diploma or similar)

Requires a thorough knowledge of inspection procedures, practices & techniques

Basic knowledge of the use of mathematical tables

Minimum 5 years of relevant management experience in a fast-paced, casual/fine dining environment

Excellent leadership, organization, and time management skills

Strong problem-solving abilities, communication, and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in event planning and strong networking skills preferred

Working collaboratively with HR Manager for monitoring staff performance, maintaining employee records, onboarding, and scheduling.

Knowledge of wines and cocktails is a must.

Uses basic plumbing, metal working and general facilities and building maintenance knowledge as needed.

Trains new Associates and team members on required skill sets for Maintenance.

Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal

Must have general mechanical knowledge and electrical and logic principle knowledge

Troubleshoots and diagnoses all maintenance failures.

Works with operating devices such as gages, RTD’s, pressure transmitters, I/P’s and vortex flow meters.

Knowledge of machinery, tools and general mechanical skills are all that is needed.

Some welding experience is an asset and good communication skills.

Perform maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance of all manufacturing equipment.

We have custom machines, welding machines, compressors and pneumatic tools.

Self-starter willing to get the job done.

Prepare estimates for repairs and ensure accuracy.

Knowledge and understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems/components, and how they operate

Knowledge of power distribution, PLC programming, Allen-Bradley PLC’s, voltages, speed controls, AC and DC drives

Knowledge of ABB robotics, PLC Controllers/Programming is an asset

Knowledge of blueprint reading and electrical and electronic control schematics is an asset

Knowledge of electrical code of Ontario is an asset

Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing facility fixtures, equipment, and electronic controls and systems, including motor control centers, schematics, power supplies, and automation.

Minimum 5 years' experience as a maintenance mechanic or a licenced mechanic with 3 years experience.

Must be able to understand the work order requirements;

Perform assigned PMs and planned work on equipment in a safe and timely manner.

Repair and complete preventative maintenance on high-speed processing and packaging equipment, conveyors, and printing presses.

Transfer equipment to the applicable site for maintenance to avoid contamination or safety hazards.

Disassemble and reassemble equipment for repair or transportation.
