15+ years of legal experience working on a wide range of legal matters. Previous in-house counsel experience preferred.

Experience in the automobile industry is a plus.

Understanding and experience with provincial and Federal automotive legislation an asset.

Help structure, negotiate, and manage complex, business-critical partnerships

8-10+ years of legal experience, including some law firm and some in-house experience

Substantial experience with one or more of the following: venture financing, M&A, IPOs

Some experience in the world of fintech or banking, or a strong willingness and passion to learn about those areas

Help build the foundation of a world-class legal team, including our in-house corporate group

Establish, develop, and refine our corporate governance program, including laying the foundation for IPO readiness

2 to 6 years’ experience as a Legal Counsel.
