Overview A Junior Personal Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and personal support to a senior executive or manager. They are responsible for managing the executive’s schedule, handling correspondence, and managing other tasks as needed. Detailed Job Description A Junior Personal Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and personal support to a senior executive or manager. This includes managing the executive’s schedule, handling correspondence, and managing other tasks as needed. The Junior Personal Assistant will also be responsible for organizing meetings, preparing reports, and managing travel arrangements. They will also be responsible for maintaining the executive’s calendar and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• At least two years of experience in an administrative role
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
