Proven successful project management experience and analytical skills

Proficiency with MS Office Suite, human resources information/management systems and applicant tracking systems

Minimum five years’ experience providing comprehensive, high quality, client-focused HR services, preferably in a unionized University or public sector environment

Comprehensive experience with job evaluation, compensation and recruitment practices

Experience with collective agreement and employment policy interpretation and application

Certificate in Human Resource Management from a recognized post-secondary institution with combination of experience.

Management Support – performance management, attendance management.

Employee Engagement – experience in leading employee engagement initiatives which create a great work environment.

Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution.

Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation preferred.

The provincial health system in Manitoba has adopted the LEADS in a Caring Environment framework.
