Helping to prepare for the inventory count by organizing, counting, moving parts.

Follow all instructions and guidelines to complete work tasks

Other educational diplomas, designations or certificates associated with Supply Chain related programs is an asset

Lead wall to wall inventory and cycle counts for all bases that material is stored

Review the accuracy of all completed inventory counts and correct the variances as required

Track and Monitor all components raised through contractual support agreements are received and returned in the set time frames

Control all component and tooling loans and borrows

Maintain minimum inventory levels at all bases to sustain operational support

Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in leading inventory personnel to ensure all assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently

Must have 2+ years of prior experience in inventory, experience as a Lead is a plus

Collaborate with the Inventory Supervisor by planning labor requirements, client audits, quality assurance

Strong inventory management, shipping & receiving, and purchasing skills

Familiarity with inventory management software like Sage

Proficiently use inventory management software, specifically Sage, to record, track, and manage inventory data efficiently.

2 years' experience in a mechanical environment with construction equipment
