Working knowledge and experience using Revit is considered an asset.

Coordination of electrical systems with mechanical, architectural, and other disciplines, and contract administration requirements

Five years of electrical engineering experience in the building service industry.

Knowledge of relevant Canadian and Ontario codes and standards (OBC, OESC, IES, NFPA, IES, etc.).

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in I&C engineering and design

Experience with a variety of DCSs and PLCs, preferably with Allen Bradley

Experience in sizing, selecting and material requisition development for instrumentation

Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, and customer service skills

Strong planning and organizational skills, including attention to detail

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

· Produce and certify repair specifications, including structural calculations and technical drawing packs, for submarine repair requirements;

· Structural, material or marine engineering experience;

· Experience in the marine or shipbuilding environment considered an asset;

· An understanding of structures and their design and/or maintenance requirements;

· Excellent written, verbal, electronic reporting and data communication skills;

Work collaboratively with clients, project managers, engineers, designers and drafters in the preparation of deliverables to BBA and client standards

5 to12 years of relevant experience

Experience preparing and reviewing technical documents such as reports, specifications, studies, plans, and instructions

Experience with design deliverables such as single line diagrams, layouts, elevations, material lists, cable and termination schedules, etc

Troubleshoot and debug technical issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience

Strong educational background with a degree in Computer Science or related curriculum

Strong experience in web application development using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, and AWS

Knowledge of C# and scripting languages is a plus

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, and AWS

Demonstrable experience related to project management highly preferred.

Knowledge of the BCEnvironmental Management Act(EMA) andContaminated Sites Regulation(CSR) and federal environmental regulations, guidelines, and standards related to Contaminated Sites.

Experience supervising and training junior personnel.

Proven ability in data analysis / interpretation, report writing, verbal communication, and logical / critical thinking skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Minimum of one (1) to five (5) years experience in an engineering position preferably in the HVAC or energy industry;

Experience with hydronic based HVAC design;

Coordinate designs with the rest of the multidisciplinary team including structural, traffic, pavement, environmental, stormwater management, electrical, etc.

Assist the Project Manager in the day-to-day coordination of projects

Prepare work plans and schedules in coordination with project managers and other disciplines

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in highway and/or municipal roadway engineering

Experience engaging and negotiating with project stakeholders

Self-starter with excellent writing and communication skills

Education or experience in software development

Establish and manage a demonstration environment at the enterprise level

3-5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering
