Draft, produce routine correspondence and legal documents, answer telephone inquiries, provide information on services offered or direct to other community resources;

Grade 12 education supplemented by completed Legal Administration courses or program

Minimum of 5 years of Administration experience in a law environment

Minimum of 1 year of Intake experience

Be knowledgeable about ICYMH programs and service providers in Toronto to facilitate high-quality service navigation.

Minimum of three years of related experience.

Excellent clinical assessment, formulation, and treatment planning skills are essential.

Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and diagnoses.

Collect information about strengths, service needs, risks, and related matters using established and/ or standardized assessment tools.

Two (2) years' experience in administration, coordination or related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience;

Maintains current knowledge of department’s services, eligibility criteria, wait-list period, and overall service profile;

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of community resources to provide program-related information to participants;

Experience working with children, youth & families;

Experience with trauma-informed and attachment-focused approaches;

Cross-cultural training and/or experience in working in a multicultural environment;

Provides ongoing case management and crisis management for families in Reena system

Ability to quickly develop extensive knowledge and experience within the Jewish Community in the York Region and Toronto

Experience and verifiable knowledge of the community served

2 years' experience in health and developmental services sectors

Knowledge of the intake process

Knowledge of the mental health sector is an absolute asset

Familiarity with power tools and basic carpentry skills, or a willingness to learn.

Previous experience in production centers, recycle depots, warehouses or construction;

Experience with power tools such as chop saws, gas axes or sawzalls.

Offload, receive, prepare and organize shipments of marine debris from Ocean Legacy and affiliated partners;

Work various stations on the plastic manufacturing processing line;

Organize, track and document product material in different stages of development;

Knowledge of current social issues related to substance use, homelessness, mental health, etc.
