Advanced knowledge of change and project management principles and methodologies.

Demonstrated success as a project manager and the successful completion of at least one large project within the last five years.

Demonstrated numeracy skills including the use of supporting tools.

Demonstrated Strategic and operational planning skills.

Proven ability to track, coordinate and integrate external issues as they affect goals and objectives.

Coordinates all administrative logistics for meetings, events, education sessions, workshops, video conferences, and teleconferences including appropriate space, equipment, and materials.

Assists with maintaining the program/department web page.

Provides input to new policies, processes, and for the development of strategies.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Displays comprehensive knowledge of project management principles and methodologies and ability to coach team members on these skills.

Computer literacy with word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation, project management and database applications.

Excellent communication skills to function within a complex interdisciplinary environment including ability to communicate with the physician community.

Utilizes initiative, vision, independent thinking and creative problem-solving abilities to implement project plans and realize project completion.

Maintains a broad knowledge of patient care delivery systems in primary, acute and community settings.

Utilizes effective facilitation, persuasion and negotiation abilities to achieve consensus, resolve conflict and achieve desired outcomes.

Strong project management, prioritization and planning skills in designing and re-designing strategic clinical transformation and process improvement

Demonstrated excellent business skills in the effective management of resources.

Knowledge of business analysis and project management methodologies.

Lead reviews of staffing resources, working relationships, associated workflows and current patient care experiences.

Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the use of process improvement tools and methodologies.

Knowledge of health care disciplines and their role in health care.

Experience with project management including all aspects of project development and execution

Promoting the University’s research capabilities and building relationships with stakeholders and partners of strategic importance

Master's Degree in social sciences, humanities, STEM or business administration, or acceptable combination of equivalent experience

Experience synthesizing findings in written reports, presentations and other informational materials

Experience researching and analyzing market data including performing market research, competitive landscape analysis and environmental scans

Experience with grant development and grant writing with a track-record of success
