Infrastructure Cloud Architect Jobs

Demonstrated working knowledge in one or more technology areas: BMaaS, Cloud Storage, Cloud Networking, IaaS, PaaS, Observability, IAM

Experienced in applying PLG methodologies to drive customer adoption and growth

Excellent communication skills with the ability lead by influence to navigate complex landscapes

Product roadmap and execution plan.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a multi-vendor IT Service Management environment

Actively participate in scheduled supplier governance meetings identifying shortcomings of services provided, areas for improvement, costs management

Ensure conformity to established Cloud Services policies and standards, prioritizing delivery of exceptional end users’ experiences.

Support project managers and Solutions teams calling out run-state risks related to implementation of cloud services.

Identify, document, and present operational requirements and needs to internal and external services providers.

Strong knowledge of cloud-based platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and services including RBAC roles and permissions.

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Management of overall Azure cloud foundation element, Azure cloud IAAS offerings in customer environment for Transformation

Management of containers in Azure cloud / multi cloud environment using native and third-party tools for containers management.

Knowledge & work experience of CI/CD pipeline, tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Azure Devops & AKS.

Responsible for developing technical, strategic & operational documents and Azure architecture as per customer requirement.

Work in collaboration with development team in establishing mature Azure Cloud environments as per the requirement.

Excellent documentation skills and the ability to articulate technical documentation to Azure project engineers.

Organized with great prioritization and time management skills

Assist the CSM (Customer Success Manager)and Problem Management team in the root cause analysis process and technical corrective actions

Assist the problem management process for all assigned clients

Support operations for Change management and validation post implementation

Provide inputs to CSM on risk and issue management for the client environment

Manage new device enrollment, configuration

Knowledge of IT security management practices and relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP)

Executing intake processes for technical architecture, including requirements gathering, consulting with other specialists, investigation of solutions, and high-level design.

Consult, develop, manage, and maintain architecture standards, reference architectures, and documentation repository

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Info Systems, related field or equivalent experience

8 years’ progressive work experience focused on architecting, designing and implementing infrastructure systems

3-5 years’ experience in a senior IT network role

Strong depth of practical experience and knowledge of public cloud providers (preferably AWS)

Identity Management, AWS IAM, SSO, Okta, Workspace ONE Access and Google.

10+ years of practical hands-on experience with private/public Cloud Architecture, Networking, DevSecOps/SRE.

Experienced with SaaS software development and SDLC, focused on dev enablement like CI/CD pipelines and Cloud operations.

Strong experience in Infrastructure as Code and automation with Terraform and/or CDK.
