Business Relationship Management Profession Certification

Manages and prioritizes all requests related to digital experience, automation, and process improvement.

Maintains knowledge of evolving trends in technology and product/service digital experience and uses this knowledge and expertise to guide clients.

A four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field or a combination of education and experience

Experience in post-secondary education is an asset

Manager, Business Relationship Management (BRM)

Executive presentation and communication skills, with experience in communicating with Sr. Management is required.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and excellent self-management skills

Solid foundation in project management methodology

Partner with business stakeholders and the IT Director to co-create technology-enabled business strategies to enhance the digital experience

Take leadership role that educates, advises and challenges to enrich business area strategy for the benefit of the organization

3+ years professional experience in related field with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments digitalization and business segments.

At least 2 years of experience in technology product management

Regularly report to senior management on product performance, progress, and future plans.

LOCATION: Remote - Work from anywhere (TimeZone: GMT/WET | Full day overlap)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable experience.

Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.

At least 2 years of experience in technology product management
