Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics

While not essential, previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable

Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable

Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software

Path to Success- Qualifications and Experience

Manage inventory of raw materials and supplies in the R&D lab.

Knowledge of Food Chemistry, Food Microbiology, Food Product Development, and Food Analysis are an asset

Experience in a product development lab, pilot plant, quality assurance function in the food industry.

Knowledge of GMP’s and HACCP.

Experience with Canadian and USA Food Regulations and Organic standards are an asset.

Scheduling, calendar and communications management, travel arrangements

Updating, implementing and maintaining in office management systems and procedures

Overseeing continuing education registration for clergy, Licensed Lay Ministers (LLM), Locally Trained Priests (LTP), volunteers, office staff, etc.

Offering operational support to parishes

A minimum of 3 years experience in a professional office environment preferred

Ability to manage confidential information

The management of case information including all elements of document management;

Experience working as a paralegal in a litigation environment;

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a litigation environment;

Experience in high-volume and/or complex litigation;

Experience managing and coordinating document production and disclosure;

Experience in drafting pleadings; experience with the law of privilege and/or cabinet confidentiality;

Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) experience in a manufacturing and/or inventory management setting

Prepare entity level & consolidated financial statements and management reports

Manage the accounting team with day-to-day tasks and provide guidance and support

Support & cover for other Finance team members as and when necessary e.g.during periods of sickness or holiday

Support the Director of Finance and CFO

5+ years of full cycle accounting experience with companies with multiple subsidiaries in different jurisdictions

Daily cleaning duties; a clean and beautiful winery is essential for positive guest experiences!
