Overview Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Analysts are responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS systems. They are responsible for ensuring that the HRIS system is up-to-date and accurate, and that it meets the needs of the organization. They also provide support to HR staff and other departments in the organization. They are also responsible for developing and maintaining reports, and for creating and maintaining system documentation. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of HRIS systems and databases

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and databases
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues
• Ability to provide technical support to users
• Ability to develop and maintain reports
• Ability to create and maintain system documentation
• Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
