HRMS Subject Matter Expert Jobs in Manitoba

You will work with Tech and Business to drive requirements, bridge the gap, recommend best practices for the tool.

Person must work closely with BSA and Tech to drive out the requirements.

Understand the data, setting the right attributes & drive those requirements.

Working with the product owners and tech team, make suggestions, drive out new requirements.

Looking for someone that knows HCL Interact Unica.

Someone that can integrated with backend and code.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Undergraduate degree or diploma in Legal Assistant or related field ; a combination of skills and experience may be considered.

Experience developing training programs or courses for professional and educational purposes.

; a combination of skills and experience may be considered.

A minimum of three years of professional work experience as a Legal Assistant is preferred.

Instructional or training experience in a post-secondary or training environment is an asset.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in working with and/or for the Canadian Government

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Law or similar field; MBA are a plus

Hands-on experience using or implementing Moody’s Analytics (or direct competitor) products

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Public speaking experience, publications, and/or internal lead on training within an organization are a plus

Experience with complex sales cycles is a plus
