Comply with external and internal jurisdictions like ISO, OHS, and organizational safety standards and practices, including process safety management (PSM) practices.
Act as the first point of contact for all process engineering related topics for all Paper Excellence mills.
Lead, check and internally approve external process engineering work, through all stage gate phases performed in connection with capital projects.
Maintain awareness with, and compliance to, environmental, social, and governance (ESG).
Mentor junior personnel for practice and career development.
