Receive and record guests' reservations and assign tables

Supports and implements training programs that develop skills to better serve guests, build repeat business, grow revenue, and improve morale.

Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Controls the labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels as needed while driving efficiency from all staff.

Retains control of production costs, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to all standards of operation.

Audits service and quality on a regular basis including bar services, buffets, dinners and other services as required by the client

Adheres to all standards and established tracking procedures daily.

Effectively communicate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to manage table turnover and ensure a seamless dining experience.

Manage the flow of guests, taking reservations and walk-ins efficiently to optimize table occupancy.

Guide guests to their tables, providing them with menus and any relevant information about the day's offerings.

Answer guest inquiries about the menu, offering recommendations and describing dishes with enthusiasm.

Anticipate guest needs and preferences, providing exceptional service to enhance their dining experience.

Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.

Minimum five years of related payroll experience

National Payroll Institute designation or working toward certification

Experience with unionized and multi-provincial payrolls
