Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn additional computer programs as necessary.

Bachelor's degree with concentration in related field or equivalent experience.

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including many evenings and weekends.

Ability to travel to service centers and to meetings throughout the designated territory.

Salary Range: $42,000 - $50,000

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple evolving priorities to meet deadlines.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administrated or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience as a recruitment specialist or in a similar role would be considered an asset.

Will assist in new and ongoing projects as the company evolves and grows.

Must be a highly motivated self-starter, and able to work independently with minimal direction while taking initiative.

Post job ads on online job boards and manage job board accounts

Screen and shortlist applicants for various job openings

Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates

Support the recruitment team with various administrative tasks
