Ground Operations Trainer Jobs

2 to 3 years experience in a trainer role to front line managers and employees, experience teaching adults

Experience providing Coaching to line managers (UMs)

Provide recommendations to Ops on current employees and whether they can meet job requirements i.e. driver training

Provide transactional & leadership coaching to Unit Managers

Collect feedback from Employees and Line managers about training and make recommendations for changes in content or process

Provide transactional coaching and leadership coaching for Unit Managers

Active involvement in the coordination of company specific programs ( Maximo, Event Management, etc.).

Proven leadership skills through experience in past roles.

Additional relevant experience and educational credentials will be considered.

Set a standard for teamwork by offering assistance to all levels of operations.

7+ years experience in a similar role.

Experience with gas processing or steam facilities.

Ensures adherence to the responsibilities under the Occupational Health and Safety act.

Training experience is an asset.

Warehouse equipment experience is required, Fork Lift & Pallet License a must

High School diploma or general education degree (GED)

Sound knowledge of the Occupation Health and Safety Act.

Train and coach warehouse colleagues on various floor procedures and positions, utilizing Sysco Work Methods and other training tools.

Must possess excellent time management skills and organization with the ability to adjust schedules according to meet station and airline demands

Manage training records to ensure team members are trained and their certifications and documentation are current at all times

Support local management with Ground and Winter Operations training and standards communications

In collaboration with local station leadership, manage the 90-day training program to ensure new team members are properly trained and supported

Manage Winter Operations training including season preparation, program updates and improvements and scheduling and delivery of training

Minimum 2 years of airline Ground and Winter Operations experience

Scheduling and facilitating course material to meet initial and recurrent requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Leading and developing the local training program

Maintaining documentation and records including air carrier trainer matrixes

Represent EA in carrier train the trainer programs

Providing hands on job shadowing instruction

Excellent prioritization, organizational, and people management skills

Undergraduate Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Adult Education, or equivalent combination of education and related experience

Regularly collaborates with appropriate systems analysts/workstream managers to incorporate feedback, validates workflows to develop and update training materials.

3+ years of training experience

Knowledge and understanding of clinical/ancillary workflows as well as policy and procedures is beneficial

The ability to learn new content and leverage that knowledge to develop strong training programs
