Global Head Of Financial Services Jobs

A minimum of five (5) years' experience in a financial management position;

Minimum 2 years' experience in a management position;

Basic knowledge of performance management and costing;

Good command of remote management and results-based management practices;

Implement the management and specific programs of the accounting departments in accordance with accounting principles, laws and financial management regulations;

Participate in the development of financial resource management policies, rules and procedures, and ensure their dissemination, application and updating;

Ø Direct management of 1 employee (cost controller)

Ø Manages all accounting operations including Billing, A/C and A/R, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition

Ø Manages the accumulation and consolidation of financial data for accurate accounting of consolidated business results.

Ø Control treasury and cash needs for all payment requests (Opex and Capex) for all entities.

Ø Coordination with external auditors for all audit related work, reporting, preparation of Financial Statements.

Ø Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Wine certifications or industry-related qualifications are a plus.

Proven experience in membership management, customer relationship management, or sales/marketing roles, preferably in the wine industry or direct-to-consumer businesses.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with members, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Strong leadership abilities and the aptitude to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies, including digital marketing, CRM systems, and customer engagement tactics.

•Produce and analyze budget to actual variance reports and KPI’s for business operations management teams.

Alignment to all geographic regulatory requirements

Developing, standardizing and supporting analytical platforms and tools, spanning basic and sophisticated analytical capabilities, including machine learning.

Project experience in policy analytics/ campaign management/ pricing/ cross sell/ collections strategy across all business lines

Prior working experience in retail lending business is a pre-requisite; experience in SME lending would be an advantage

Experience of close interaction with key business stakeholders

Portfolio performance review and scorecard optimization

Analyze cash flow information from diverse alternate sources and generate insights which translate to business recommendations

Ability to perform root cause analysis and make recommendations for sales productivity and portfolio performance optimization

Management and Oversight of Technicians:

Provide training and development opportunities for technicians to improve technical troubleshooting skills and customer service experience

Possess high level of technical experience with knowledge on all aspects of systems required for escalated technical inquiries

Develop and implement training programs and requirements for successful technical troubleshooting internally and technical standards externally

Leverage existing technical knowledge from internally and externally facing knowledge bases to review existing standards and develop best practices

Strategic Oversight of Technician Activities and Performance:

Bachelor degree in Financial Management or similar financial post secondary qualification.

8+ years global financial management experience

Build the change management and implementation plan to roll out the enhanced process

Proven knowledge of financial reporting capabilities, processes and procedures

High competency level on computer and software skills compatible with job responsibilities

Define and document key finance operational processes and procedures

20+ years of experience in CRO space, Large Pharma, Biotech industries

Business development activities across the globe focused on Innovator clients, NCE’s, Specialty Pharma and Biotechs for Analytical business.

Leading P&L activities of the Labs and builds up high profit and cost-effective business models.

Abreast with all the latest Regulatory guidelines in the Bioanalytical space globally.

Leads all complex MD/MV and day-to-day operations of the Labs.

Active participation in all bid defense meetings.
