Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Wine certifications or industry-related qualifications are a plus.

Proven experience in membership management, customer relationship management, or sales/marketing roles, preferably in the wine industry or direct-to-consumer businesses.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with members, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Strong leadership abilities and the aptitude to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies, including digital marketing, CRM systems, and customer engagement tactics.

•Produce and analyze budget to actual variance reports and KPI’s for business operations management teams.

(Based on experience), plus bonus2-5%

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (e.g. Business, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, etc.)

•2-4 years relevant work experience in Accounting and Analysis

•Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

•Strong verbal and written skills.

Management and Oversight of Technicians:

Provide training and development opportunities for technicians to improve technical troubleshooting skills and customer service experience

Possess high level of technical experience with knowledge on all aspects of systems required for escalated technical inquiries

Develop and implement training programs and requirements for successful technical troubleshooting internally and technical standards externally

Leverage existing technical knowledge from internally and externally facing knowledge bases to review existing standards and develop best practices

Strategic Oversight of Technician Activities and Performance:

Bachelor degree in Financial Management or similar financial post secondary qualification.

8+ years global financial management experience

Build the change management and implementation plan to roll out the enhanced process

Proven knowledge of financial reporting capabilities, processes and procedures

High competency level on computer and software skills compatible with job responsibilities

Define and document key finance operational processes and procedures
