Leveraging your technical expertise and project management skills to deliver complex solutions effectively.

Designing and implementing a hospital-wide balanced scorecard and integrated operational dashboards, including finance, clinical, people, and patient experience reporting.

Demonstrated experience in managing and leading large projects or processes with limited oversight from a manager.

Experience with the EPIC health information system and/or EPIC reporting software is a must.

Gathering requirements and collaborating with the Business Intelligence team to develop and maintain automated dashboards, metric reports, and data visualizations.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Health Informatics, or a related field, along with relevant work experience.

Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills. Comfortable and experienced in presenting to an executive audience

Develop and manage the global competitive intelligence function and team.

15+ years of Competitive Intelligence, Product Marketing, and/or similar relevant experience

Experience building, leading, and developing a growing team

Experience driving strategic programs across the business and building consensus across a wide range of team members

Experience working in the B2B and/or Enterprise software space

Knowledge in Project Management & Training/ Experience in Agile Methodology

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, capable of balancing multiple perspectives, effective at

Manage efforts to identify & document capabilities & initiative needs & strategic prioritization into business architecture deliverables (roadmaps, etc.)

Education (Computer Engineering degree or similar)/Work experience (8+ years of practical experience)

Identify impacts to Business Capabilities by participating in transformation programs & initiatives

Map processes to business capabilities as per enterprise standards and collaborating with appropriate SMEs

Experience building complex systems and knowledge of Hadoop related technologies such as HDFS, Kafka, Hive, and Presto.

2+ years of full-time engineering experience

Experience working with multiple cross functional teams (product, science,product ops etc)

Experience with data-driven architecture and systems design

Knowledge of Big Data Technologies

Experience or interest in learning science models and methodologies.
