Front Office Business Analyst Jobs

5-8 years of relevant experience

Advanced Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, and formulas

Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Strong Linux/Unix and Scripting experience.

Implement and Develop Solutions for end users

Provide technical assistance to Front Office, Middle, and Back Office users.

The system, Application Monitoring, and Updates

Ability to support a trading floor.

Extensive knowledge of Wealth Management Back Office and Business Management applications.

Ability to manage system-level requirements, perform data mapping, and review technical design documents.

Document client requests and specifications using established BA methodologies such as CRD, Use Cases, Requirements traceability, and process flows.

Collaborate with Brokerage clients and Product Strategists to gather requirements and ensure their effective translation into functional requirements.

Analytical skills and ability to effectively analyze and interpret complex data.

Requires the ability to think strategically and have analytical and proactive problem solving skills.

Experience working on a trading floor is an asset

Strong in Unix, Shell scripting, Python – 5+ years of hands on experience

Experience working with SQL (Oracle) – 3+ years of hands on experience

Hands-on experience working on a Trade Floor and supporting a trading environment

Resolution and Prevention of Problems

Payroll courses and/or certification, or equivalent payroll experience.

Candidates with a suitable combination of experience and education (as determined by the Employer) may be considered.

Salary range $65k - $70k, depending on qualifications and experience.

Knowledge of nonprofit sector and fund accounting.

Experience with annual year-end pension reporting (preferably NSHEPP).

Experience using payroll systems (e.g., ADP Pay @ Work, Workforce Now and Staff Schedule Care).

Must remain flexible and have the ability to work weekends as Manager on Duty, when necessary.

High School diploma or equivalent required with 2-4 years of related experience.
