Assist in creating learning aids, resources, standards, operating procedures and expectations of restaurant management and front-line roles

Coach and motivate restaurant management and front-line employees and align with the company values and competencies

Facilitate and monitor employee learning and development through SharePoint and/or Learning Management System (LMS)

Post-Secondary Education or equivalent proven and related work experience

Restaurant opening experience is an asset

Strong communication skills in English. French and Japanese are an asset

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

Works with the Installation Management Team on individual performance, abilities, and capacities of the Field Trainers

Prior skilled trades experience in plumbing, electric, and/or carpentry

3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or installation

Excellent verbal and writing skills

Excellent presence and communication skills in presentation situations

- Deliver training programs to enhance the capabilities of our franchise partners.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in operational excellence, field training or related roles.

- Strong knowledge of operational excellence methodologies and their practical application.

- Experience in delivering training programs, preferably in a field-based environment.

- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrated knowledge of change management

Train operational leaders and managers in techniques and skills for training and coaching employees

Consult with managers and other members of the human resources team to determine needs

Develop and organize training manuals, educational materials, and any other items used for training

8 -10 years of work experience in the retail operation field, with a focus on training and development

Knowledge of cannabis field and accessories

$ 75,000 & more (Depending on experience ) + Benefits

Assist Install Manager when hiring new staff

Written and oral communication skills

Availability to work overtime as required Experience with locates

Adhere to our safety program fully including passing a drug/alcohol test Experience with Microsoft office 365 operation system
