Operational Excellence and Field Trainer

:

We are seeking a junior position to join our team as an Operational Excellence and Field Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for doing restaurant visits and audits to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness throughout the system. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to equip our franchise partners with the necessary knowledge and skills to run their restaurants.

Responsibilities:

- Implement operational excellence strategies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.

- Conduct restaurant audits at all locations and discuss findings with business coaches.

- Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Deliver training programs to enhance the capabilities of our franchise partners.

- Conduct training needs assessments and develop training materials accordingly.

- Collaborate with other departments to implement process improvements.

- Provide ongoing coaching and support to franchise partners to ensure the successful implementation of training initiatives.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements as needed.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into training programs.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the system.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree is preferred.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in operational excellence, field training or related roles.

- Strong knowledge of operational excellence methodologies and their practical application.

- Experience in delivering training programs, preferably in a field-based environment.

- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Willingness to travel as required.
