Manage and maintain various data management systems

Previous experience in the commercial cleaning industry

3-5 years previous Supervisory experience

High school diploma or equivalent, plus minimum 5 years foreman or superintendent experience or Bachelor's of Engineering degree.

Excellent communication, decision making and leadership skills required.

Delivers a minimum of two safety toolbox meetings on customer job-site per month.

Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.

Lead, direct and manage door-to-door sales teams across up to 4 Canadian markets.

2+ years of general maintenance experience with experience in leading teams.

Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as working with software programs relating to maintenance/safety.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities

•Commission energy management systems, including working with sub-trades where required.

·Minimum two years of field experience with building controls or process automation.

·Experience using PLC controllers and programming tools.

·Experience using computerized programs and MS office programs (e.g word, excel, power point).

Monitor and lead all field performance requirements to meet or exceed established Installation and Service benchmarks

Assist Field Manager with customer issues, inquiries and resolution

Excellent Customer Service skills, both internally and externally

Installation and repair experience in TV, Phone and Internet as well Fiber is an asset but not required

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong management, delegation, planning and leadership skills

Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with Project Managers.

1-2 years' experience as a lead or Field Supervisor in construction related field

Knowledge of local, provincial and federal workplace safety compliance regulations, ordinances and legislation

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

First Aid skills and/or certificates are considered an asset

Post Secondary – preferably in Engineering or Project Management

Manage new installation work in area of responsibility within framework of financial budget

Manage field technician workforce to maximize business results

Ensure each installation project meets Schindler employee and passenger safety and quality standards and all contract requirements as defined by customer

Ensure compliance with requirements issued by local and government authorities
