Experience in educational programming & proven ability in instructional design and development of in-person and online learning programs.

Promote and coordinate education programs through community outreach and partnerships.

Provide regular progress reports and education related information and reports & data to Executive Director and the Board (as required).

Working knowledge of design and content development on E-module platforms like Moodle, Linkr etc

Working knowledge of online/e-learning module platform/s is preferred.

Effective oral and written communication skills in English.

As a Product Manager, You Will

Working on our Experiential suite of products used by millions of attendees (registration, gamification, photo ops, reservation systems, surveys etc.)

Owning the full user flow - from event organizers to staff to end-users - from platform to onsite hardware

Translating requests into product specifications with a special focus on creating scalable solutions, in collaboration with our Design and Engineering teams

Writing clear product specs that outline the problem (including user stories)

Strong phone skills and experience in customer service (experience in sales is preferred)

Strong secondary school mathematics skills are an asset

Work in an educational environment dealing with medium to large student bodies

Strong computer skills (MS Office, online communication apps)

Hands-on development of your teaching skills.

Help inform inquiring parents about our Oxford Learning programs

Coordinate tracking & evaluations for all education offerings.

Demonstrated exceptional performance through time management, problem-solving and respect for deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs (working knowledge of iMIS an additional asset).

Education and Technical Minimum Experience Required:

Assist Content Managers in the development, revision and finalization of materials as required.

Previous experience working with senior professionals and corporate clients an asset.

You have strong project management competencies (planning, scheduling, managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines).

Experienced and knowledgeable with retail marketing and promotions.

Partner with the internal creative team, production managers and suppliers to develop, execute and deliver a creative solution.

Experience in the Automotive industry is ideal.

Outstanding organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Excellent interpersonal, planning, organization, and professional communication skills (written and verbal).

Proven experience in behaviour and conflict management with youth ranging in age from 5-15 years old.

High degree of professionalism and attention to detail, with strong leadership, time management and collaboration skills.

Demonstrated experience in the accreditation process of the Ontario Camps Association’s Year-Round Standards for camps and outdoor education centres.

Additional certifications in High Five – Healthy Child Devlopment, Project WILD/Below Zero.

Experience planning and facilitating week-long seasonal staff training for teams of up to 20 people.

Skilled in the identification of local flora and fauna species found within the GTA.

Exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate plans, strategies and pitch presentations

Data-driven approach to creatively solving challenges and strong analytical skills to translate both qualitative and quantitative data into opportunities for action

Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and prioritize to deliver high-quality work within deadline

Directly responsible for management of components of events within account base. This includes event activities, onsite management, reporting, and post-event activities.

Develop working knowledge of agency’s capabilities

Successfully participate in the management of project financials in accordance with agency policy and procedure

Prepare reports for management and clients, detailing program specifics

Assist in budget and invoice management

Proven success in project management and managing multiple priorities

Responsible for project management related to the development of the ATM-SBME certificate program

Provides general day-to-day support related to ATM education programming, as required, to the ATM manager and co-directors

Demonstrates a commitment to enhancing one’s own awareness, knowledge, and skills related to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Works with other UBC departments, faculties and external partners to coordinate all aspects of cross-departmental and/or cross-faculty education initiatives

Responds to inquiries and requests from education programming participants and provides guidance and direction to help access program information

This position is a two year term with a possibility for an extension.
