The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with world-class administration and customer service skills and for someone who loves supporting a team.


Responsibilities & Tasks

Expertly assisting our education division in all tasks related to the education sector including:

  1. Working closely with schools, educators, and students to provide exceptional client support (via email and phone).
  2. Acting as primary technical support contact for our education partners.
  3. Creating, improving, and implementing procedures within the Education division to support schools that we work with.
  4. Supporting the education division with general administrative tasks including:
  • Managing surveys to gather feedback from school directors, instructors, and students
  • Setting up course accounts on our portal for teachers and students
  • Mass email communications
  • Other administrative tasks as required
  • Customizing communication packages, marketing templates and other material required for client meetings and mailers
  • Gathering client testimonials
  • Event planning tasks
  • Organizing client files and CRM system
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Scheduling webinars
  • Running periodical reports
  • Tracking action items and deliverables from meetings
  • Minute taking during client meetings and sending follow up summaries
  • Organizing delivery of prizes and scholarships etc.


Must Have Skills & Qualifications

  • Patience; ability to handle challenging situations and for diffusing problems
  • Solid organizational skills, professional maturity, and the ability to think and act strategically
  • Extreme attention to detail; you’re someone who never lets anything fall through the cracks
  • Advanced technical and computer knowledge required
  • First-rate written and oral communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills
  • Focus; you’re naturally disciplined and among the hardest working people you know
  • You naturally enhance and innovate everything you do
  • A proven track-record of providing tremendous customer service experiences
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience in an administrative role

Working Conditions

  • Primarily working from your home office, will need the ability to talk on the phone and communicate with clients in a professional manner.
  • Some travel to visit and work with clients may be required.
  • Able to work Eastern time business hours.
